Where are lessons taught? There are three options.

  1. Most lessons are taught out of my home in Lenexa, KS. 
  2. Lessons can be taught at the student’s home (an additional mileage fee may apply)
  3. Lessons via Skype are also available. 

Who can take lessons?

  1. Beginner to Advanced students 
  2. 5th grade to high school students
  3. Aspiring adults are also welcome

What do I bring to lessons?

  1. Music you are currently working on in school or other ensembles.
  2. Materials and music provided or suggested by me.
    • Warm-ups and technique drills
    • Etudes 
    • Solo and Ensemble music

What materials do you suggest? I will discuss with each student what materials they should purchase. Below is a short list of my suggested materials for reference.

What will we work on in lessons? Students will work on the skills listed below and will be guided on how to practice with a purpose. The end goal is to be able to apply all of these skills to solo, ensemble and audition performance.
